im asking more of like how people deal with the withdrawl symptoms... i can handle the cravings or "urge" its just when i start shaking and cant sit still im just like fuck it... i guess you just have to have a few nicotine fits to get off of them...
read this list of additives, pick out the ones you personallly consider to be horrible things to put in your body, and when you feel like a cigarette remind yourself of the shady shit they put in smokes.
