watever's comfortable..or choose poles where ur arms bend a lil

This is how you fit poles for everything other than park. You turn the pole upside down, and you grab right under the basket, and if your arm is at 90 degrees, then they fit.

50 or 52 would be the reccomended length. id go 50

do this but bend a lttle at the knees-becuase you won't be straight up on the slopes

if you are ordering or buying online, just order the biggest size, and cut them down.

I'm 6 feet, 170 lbs and I use 120 cm, they work good. When I'm skiing park though, i would soemtimes like something shoerter liek a 115 maybe

what you do is flip the pole over and put your hand under the basket. Keep the top of your arm next to your body. The bend in the arm should be a right angle if you have the right size poles
