Which is better 270 on or 270 off

270 is harder (arguably) then a 270, and if something is more technical, (arguably) it is more appealing to the eye.

its more tech to do a 270 on, but a good 270 out can be just as sick...it also kind of depends on preference and the situtation

well 270 on is much harder, so I would have to say it's better.  Really if you can make it to the end of the rail you can almost always spin 270 off.  But I guess with certain setups like a huge drop off the end 270 off might start getting more tech

if you get a box/rail with a nice drop, 270 off with some sort of grab looks sick if you spin as slow as you can.

yeah i agree. backside 270s off are sick and i think i might even like them better then 270s on sometimes. 270s on are def way harder though so i guess you could make an argument that they are better.

i agree that 270s off are easier.    for me i can really only grind well one way, so to 270 on i need to spin my bad direction which makes it harder.

you probably just arent setting your edges right. dig your front heel in to spin frontside and your toe to spin blindside. if that didnt make sense look at people at your hill or go on andreas's blog he explains it super well

Haha, that's a stupid fucking question. Try doing a 270 onto a down rail before you can front 2 out. Oh, and be sure to tape it for the rest of us.
