its just the background of the site, try minimizing your toolbars at the top and bottom, the site navigations at the tip top

i use explorer, and i got the same thing as you're saying, but then i logged on my buddy's computer with firefox and it fit in the screen

i hit F11 on my pc and the browser disappears so you can view the nagvigation bar.
