How to cork, not dspin!

I keep trying to do corks on like tramps and stuff, and every time it turns into a dspin, but i just want to cork
tips?

ive never actually seen a true cork on a tramp...only ones were u push ur feet in front of u, but thats not a real cork

it's pretty tough to do it right on tramp. Just work on flipping less and less, that's about all I can tell you

well for me on a tramp, i do a normal 180, then throw a mellow misty and it basically makes me cork

the way i learnt it was by tossing a cork 7 with a left hand safety, that seemed to contort my body the right way keeping me more parallel to the tramp. try spotting the wall in front of u between ur feet before u initiate any spin at all, then when u do spin think of ur feet coming around to ur left and eventually behind you rather than going straight above ur head

First, to clear something up. A corked spin is similar to a D-spin, only a d-spin you go inverted, a corked spin you don't.

I used to have the same problem. Here's how I corrected it. Throw it more like a spin than a flip. Instead of throwing down behind you (the 180-misty approach), throw like you're going to do a fast, tucked up 7. However, as you set your spin, drop your lead should just a bit. Think of as you set your spin, looking at the ground about 100 feet behind you to get you started right. (don't focus on it, that's just the axis that you want to set your spin on.) From there, it's all about staying tight, keeping your head in spin, and waiting till you com back on axis. I find it easiest to do with a safety grab to keep you in the right position.

Your first one will feel really odd and you'll probably want to open up early. Don't. Stay tight and the rotation will bring you back on axis. Just takes some practice. Good luck.

yeah cork 7s on the tramp are common. dont commit to throwing it cork so hard. just throw a seven and allow yourself to go cork. you dont have to flip out of it. just spin out of it.

corks are really hard on trampoline, i can do d spin 10's sometimes and i have only done cork 7s and 5s on tramp, so just saying if you cant do cork on tramp it doesnt matter, because its way easier to do it on skis i think

cork 7 and 9 are really easy on a trampoline, just dont send yourself too far off axis. If you just do a little off axis it will be a nice cork

for me i am bounceing and look over my right shoulder and pretend i do a switch bio which i do. which is the exact same thing as a normal cork on a tramp.

throw a few regular just straight up plain 7s first
then do that exact same thing but drop your leading shoulder at about 90 degrees dont try and cork it
just let it flow
