Well, it is going to be announced here. Hello my name is Josh, and i'm old school. I like to watch park skiing, but I prefer to actually use the turning function of my pocket rockets. Jumping off cliffs and doing grabs is fun. Landing on some icy hunk of groomed snow is not. From now on, please refer to me as an old school skier. I appreciate the fresh mountain air and the beautiful scenery. Led Zeppelin, not Swollen Members gets me amped to ski. I wear Helly Hansen suits which are functional and comfortable, not super baggy stuff held together with an enormous metal belt. I don't swear all the time, and I don't give attitude to the people around. Hello, my name is Josh, and i'm old school skier.
Before going nuts, please remember that I acknowledge in advance that this is a mass generalization of park skiers. I love you guys.

Haha, nice Josh. I'm Becca, I buy my skis based on how they ski, not thier reputation. I spend more time skiing steeps, trees and backcountry than I do in the park. I wear a down jacket because it's warm. I sometimes wear a bandana under my helmet; only so that my helmet doesn't stink and to keep the hair out of my face. I listen to Ace of Base and Jock Jams Volume 3 on my way to the ski hill. I'm old school!

It takes alot to be badass...but nothing is more badass (or old school) than my ski outfit this season...old school mountaineering bibs (not baggy whatsoever) and a gore tex jacket that was designed with function over fashion in thought. So yeah, i'll probably look like somebody's dad when I'm skiing, and I'll be proud of it.

im a little old school. i ski about 90% all mountain and 10% park. sometimes my clothes are baggy but thats justs cuz they are usually hand-me-downs. i have never worn a bandana or a dew-rag or any kind of rag.

newsflash to ellerman. We ski, meaning we can afford to buy equipment, soft goods, and travel. Guess what? The pants may not be tight, but we are all rich, so deal with it and quit trying like you're snoop doggy dogg/tanner hall. By the way, Becca, I saw the sign, and it opened up my eyes. Pun dude i'm totally with you but you're still gonna get a lot of shit from kids on this site cuz lots of them don't know the bliss of skiing the dope ass pow.....every single one of my friends snowboards, and i love park don't get me wrong, but it bugs me a hundred times more when i miss a good pow day than when i don't nail a 540 or don't grease a rail

Dude, I'm not ragging on tanner's skiing at all. He's fantastic. What annoys is the image which he perpetuates across skiing. We ski because we love the mountains, not so we can have gorilla steez, bling-bling, and talk in ebonics. Tanner should accept skiing for what it is- a really fun sport. The worst thing he ever said was in his Freeze interview in December, when he stated that he tried to ski to the beats. I couldn't help but thinking, what a loser.

Ellerman, remember, you dont represent the entire skiing demographic. The guy was just trying to situate himself. Chances are, he's not going to ask if they'll make ski like JP Auclair or more like Jonny Mosely? Besides, it's the recreational like that guy who put money in the pockets of the companies which will help them develop core skis for core riders like you and me.
