Even though I live in Mammoth, no one here skis. They all play football and ass ram each other and stuff. But I have one friend who skis with me all the time. But now he's moving, and skiing by yourself is fun sometimes but not every damn day. And you can't go into the backcountry by yourself and shit. Now what?

it was so sad, this week I had to turn down a job at mammoth cuz i dont have the money to move out there. If i woulda moved tho, i would ski with you.

if your not a poser, people will probly be chill to u if your chill to them, and skiin with boarders is chill, if theyre good maybe some of their steez will rub off on u, but come on dude, your in mammoth theres gotta be some skiers there that are chill

just start to talk to some pros or ametueres because there are so many of them. they are nice and i bet that theyll let oyu ski with them. just carry a piece of paper with you so that you can right stuff down

Try living in the driest continent on Earth apart from Antarctica, 6 hours away from the nearest hill, which is crap by world standards in terrain and snow (current base is 120cm and it's meant to be peak season!). On top of that, be confined to 3 days skiing this season due to injury and school and be forced to watch those who are in Nth America or Europe progress way faster than you ever could because they walk outside and it's snowing. Well it's 16C at my house now and it's 1am in the middle of winter. It's fucked I tells you.
