How do you install Windows on an Intel Mac?

I want to use a program that you need Windows for, and I have an iMac with Intel.  And I have all the Windows XP Operating System CDs. I hear you can make it so that you can use either operating system. How do I do that?

Stick the disk in, shut off the computer and turn it back on.  The disk should run from there. If it doesnt. I dunno

it takes some time, and i cant get the mac drivers to work, and its super gay because i cant use my wireless
