Actually, I agree. There is nothing official about an "outerwear buying" thread. In my opinion, the only "official" threads are the guides and tutorials that have been made into stickies. Like they How to Make A Proper Buy/Trade/Sell thread, the Good Buyers/Good Sellers list, or any thread that is going to give information and help many people.
