yeah i'm looking for this song that has whistling kinda and i know it's from england, and it was really popular there. it kinda has a techno beat, but not a majorly techno one, it's got mad acoustic guitar and MAD WHISTLING. yeah this really is a long shot.

Only song that I can think of is Better Place Better Time by Streetlight Manifesto but it doesnt have a techno beat. sounds like a good song yuo looking for though. Cant wait to hear it if someone finds it
