Why do i get so sleepy when i smoke

so ive been smokin for a while and just recently within the last two weeks, in which prolly smoked like 10 out of the 14 days, whenever i do i get like really tired and this never used to happen to me, i even tried getting different stuff because i thought maybe i got some bad shit, but nope, everytime like an hour or two ater i smoke i just want to sleeep, how do i pervent this

energy drinks or caffeine pills right before you burn a bowl. i get really burnt out too, that helps though.

Smoke less. When you smoke a lot (for most people, not all) it tends to start making you feel like shit. Cut back the habit by a lot. You also find that you'll enjoy the high much much more when it's not so constant.

bingo, I took a week off, came back and i was fresh as new. The time off is worth it, pursue a non stoner hobby or activity, or just smoke what youve got left and refuse to buy more for a week. Its worth it trust me.

well if your smoking the cheaper old shwag that will be the effect. i have the burnout problem once and a while. your brain has a THC reciever, and when you smoke to much it becomes weaker (will not negatively effect you any worse then a burnout) you need to be active in order to prevent, or be with someone to talk to. when your sitting around your end up thinking and thinking, daydreaming, small headache, then crash. Drink some water and put some energy in your body and do something active, and some better cheeb would be good.

have something exciting planned to do after you smoke, but get this planned out before you smoke. like longboard sesh, swimming the river, going on "quests" for random shit, etc.. just get out and do something
