Oral sex is illegal in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia and Washington D.C.
Although some of these sex laws may be old laws it is interesting to know that…..
In Utah adultery, oral sex and anal sex are considered sodomy and can lead to imprisonment.
It’s illegal to have sex without a condom in Nevada.
In Willowdale, Oregon, it is against the law for a husband to curse during sex.
In Romboch, Virginia, it is illegal to engage in sexual activity with the lights on.
In the state of Washington there is a law against having sex with a virgin under any circumstances including the wedding night.
In Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin vending-machine condom sales are banned.
In Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin an erection that shows through a man’s clothing is illegal.
In Connorsville, Wisconsin, it’s illegal for a man to shoot off a gun when his female partner is having an orgasm.
In Skullbone, Tennessee, it is illegal for a woman to pleasure a man while he is sitting behind the wheel of any moving vehicle.
Adultery is punishable by a $1,000 fine and/or one year in prison in California.
In Minnesota it is illegal for men to have sex with live fish. (Say what? Men are having sex with fish?)
The only acceptable sexual position in Washington D.C. is the missionary-style position. Any other sexual position is considered illegal. ( I’m glad that I don’t live in Washington D.c.)
In Logan County, Colorado it is illegal for a man to kiss a woman while she is asleep. ( I’m not moving there.)
In Florida, having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal.
In Salem, Massachusetts married couples are forbidden from sleeping in the nude in rented rooms. ( Remind me never to rent a room there.)
In Indiana men over 18 may be arrested for statutory rape if a female passenger under the age of 17 is in his car and not wearing her socks and shoes.
In Cali, Colombia, a woman may only have sex with her husband, and the first time this happens, her mother must be in the room to witness the act. ( Say what?)
If a police officer in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, suspects a couple is having sex inside a vehicle they must honk their horn three times, and wait two minutes before being allowed to approach the scene. ( Thanks for the warning.)
This law is hilarious.
It is illegal for any member of the Nevada Legislature to conduct official business wearing a penis costume while the legislature is in session. ( Did they really need this law?)
