simple/free way to fuck with someone:

almost every cell carrier has a way to email someone a text message, if you know their phone number. For instance, if you have verizon, 5551234444@vtext.com would text message the person with 555-123-4444 as their cell #.

Just sign that address up for like 8 million assorted porn mailing lists, and other spam mailing lists.

He'll get 100s of text messages, which will be both annoying, and cost him money.
