hate to break it to you but even as a transfer you probably wouldn't get into UVM with a 2.0

Well once you have two semesters or so under your belt at a CC, they'll focus quite a bit on that rather than on high school grades. Just kick ass at CC and hopefully they'll take that into account beyond your current grades/sat's.

sorry man 2.7 is not gonna get it done at uvm. I live in VT and my friends with average to above average SAT's and 3.0 GPA got straight rejected. Maybe if all your classes were AP you would have a slight chance with a 2.7

If you can't get an A in high school you are gonna get fucked in the ass at UVM.

Champlain is right near UVM/right downtown Burlington. Not quite as good of a school but maybe something you might want to look into. I have a bunch of friends there.

uhhhh.... you apply for college like fall/winter of senior year.. which doesn't include any grades of senior year yet cuz the semester isn't there yet. and if you are counting on senior grades then you have to apply later which will lower your chances of getting in, not to mention a way below par entrance GPA. You are pretty out of luck on getting straight in, and even with a year of CC under your belt, unless your pulling like straight A's, your chances are pretty slim. You kinda fucked yourself over by not trying the last 3 years. sorry to be blunt, but hiding the truth and giving false encouragement is gay because you eventually get let down in the long run.
