So I was driving down a back road the other day and I see someone way on the right side of the road with their brake lights on and no turn signal. They were either stopped or about to stop, maybe 2mph at the very most right next to a mailbox so I figured they were picking the mail up and going right. I was late for work so I pull into the left lane to pass and right as I'm going by the cocksucker turns left so I collide with his tire, breaking his front axle and sending me into a rock on the left side of the road...

The car I bought a month ago now has 700$-1000$ worth of damage because I don't have collision on it... still has 100,000 miles on it though, so I'm pretty much stuck paying that. Bitch officer writes me a ticket for Reckless Driving (What the fuck, reckless driving? You mean like not checking your blind spot before you swerve across the road from a near-stop without a fucking turn signal?) so I get to fight that, some 250$ and 5 points on my goddamn license. 

Best part is everyone said they were OK after the crash and thirty fucking minutes later, conveniently right as the police and firefighters arrive, one starts bitching about back pain and specifically requested an ambulance... so now I'm probably facing a lawsuit. I just spent my life savings on that fucking car, I'm getting an apartment Sept. 1, and my insurance company is dropping my family, so I have to go to my own plan... when I originally went on my parents' plan the agent said that would be a cute 2.4 grand a year (which is why I got on theirs') and that was before this little incident... I fucking hate people.

Seriously. I'm going to try and convince my parents to let me counter-sue them for extortion, but I kind of doubt they'll go for it...

my dad was parel parking and right as he was pulling back to tighten up this retarded asain driver pulls in so he crunches her car. she claimed he thought he was in a turning lane about to turn right but he was 50 feet from any intersection and in a lane specificly marked as parking, and the oficer took her side because "she wasnt moving" retarded people who cant drive suck....

I would agree with you except that he didn't use his turn signal and was at a complete stop when he pulled out in front of me, aside from the fact that wide right turns are considered highly erratic, unpredictable, and dangerous... and that's exactly what he did.

I put myself at a 50% chance of avoiding the ticket only because the cop really seemed like he didn't want to give it to me but had to because of a technicality, he was real nice and all, so he may not show up. As for the lawsuit... no idea.

Your isurance is going to be like 5k+ a year, reckless driving will have equivalent rates to a DUI in many states. Just get rid of your car, you obviously can't handle it.

That's the problem with the situation like this. It's impossible to tell if you were passing her illegally at normal speed, or if she swerved out from the side of the road. In this case, she's a female, so her word automatically beats yours, especially if you're a young guy.
Whatever you do, don't settle, and don't bargain. If you use the free public defender, he will urge you to settle becase a) he won't have to argue the case and b) he probably gets a bribe from the plaintiff if it's a cash settlement. If you are indeed telling the truth and you stick to your guns you stand a decent chance. Make sure you raise the point that this is a common scammer tactic and that you're just concerned with your driving record. If you say you're at all motivated by money, it will make you look suspicious. Express that all you care about is not having your insurance go up and keeping your driving record clean, don't go after repair money. Eat the $700, because it would save you thousands in insurance if you claimed the damage. You shouldn't have been dropped unless you already claimed or were convicted... shietty insurance company...
