Tramp help

well i posted a vid and everyone says jump higher.....im jumping comfortably, not really pushing to go as high as i can on my tramp and thts all i can really do, my tramp feels loose i spose but its brand new (circular 14 footer) is it just too loose? cuz i can jusmp hihger but theres no control in it if i do. should i cross my springs? its new, i tried earlier and it kinda started pulling at the hook things that are attached to the mat where you hook up the springs. my tramp doesnt have the gromets put right in the mat. will it do any damage if those hooks are pulled all sideways??

or cross the ones you have. also maybe try like bending your knees more, they look pretty locked, work on the steeze too

ya those new tramps are pretty bad and you should cut out some of those backflips and do more corks and put some steez into it

go to a place with olympic trampolines. they bounce you as high as you want to go and are a great way to practice.

try to jump higher, it looks like your just letting your tramp do the work, bend your legs and push off more
