divorce and shit

to add to the mood....


my parents have been divorced for about 3 years not. they divorced for my 13th birthday! no matter how bad it gets I can tell you that you are better off with your parents together.

IF YOU ARE MARRIED AND HAVE KIDS, IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO YOUR KIDS TO STAY MARRIED NO MATTER WHAT! if you are single or your kids have moved away I don't give a flying fuck.


so my mom wants to move to a different house because the house she is in was the house that they had when they were together and she thinks there is some fucking karma or some shit in it. this is the only house I have had consistanly throught my life. it is a very nice house too and if we moved we would probably get a shithole in comparisn. also my sister wants a fucking horse too. and for some reason my mom feels that she needs to get a house with horse propeerity for her. so she respectics her whishes but ignors mine (mine are to get a decent house, and in order to do that, with our financial situation, we would need to forget the horse.)
so, ya, my mom is selling the best house in the world bacause there is some karma that her X left in it.

for a damn long time the situation was worse at my dad's hous with the step mom and my 3 fucking anoying step sisters. but not really anymore.

I have never done pot, but I think I will try sometime...

yeah, my parents divorced for my like 11th birthday or something (5th grade) and it sucked. but hey, i get instate college fees for washington AND idaho now. so its not that bad

its different from situation to situation.. i think the best thing that ever happened to me were my rents splitting up.. not only do i not have to put up with my brother who is a complete jackass/fag, but i get to live with my dad who is 10x the parent of my mother. not only this but life is much more convienent, i basically pay rent for my own place living with my dad, where it is like i live on my own. also i find not living with my mom that i no longer look at her as an authority figure and can finally talk to her as a regular person because i have nothing to fear/hide from her.

being from a family that got seperated then got back together 3 years later, I kindof have a mixed outlook on divorce, I'll admit it's been better for me, because both of my parents deep down hated being seperated. So they were never any happyer by seperating. but if my parents were happyer apart then all around it would have been a better decision. You can't just say that it's a must for them to stay together because they have kids. And it'll all work out fine for you it always does if you make the best of it.

but you see, 666, I have a decent house now. It is not very big or anything but it is whe house I have had for my whole life and it is home. I don't want to fucking loose it just because of my mom and her eastern way of thinking (the whole good energy/bad energy thing). even if we do get a nice house, the fact is that if we were to have gotten a different house withought fucking horse properity we could get a better house. Shit, dude my mom is fucking alergic to horses. besides how does she know that my sister's passion for horses won't die?

and serously, if they made the decision to get married and have kides they should atleast stick it out for 18 years.

my parents devorce is still going thorough the coruts after 3 years!! my mom has to work like a japanese beaver to pay lawer bills and my dad quit his job and lives with his mom now so he can get legal aid to pay for his lawers (the jackass)he wants costody (sp) of me and fuckin is trying to force my mom to sell her huge nice house so he can get half the money from it its sooo stressful ....

wow even though none of you care that feels way better to get some of that off my chest

divorce can be a great thing....that sounds really bad..but my parents split when i was about
12 or 13...and it was for the better because they were always fighting, and i began to not
get along with my dad. it was also for the better because now my mom is engaged to
this awesome guy who makes my mom so incredibly happy. were moving into a new house
just in time for me going to university and i have no complaints.

18 years is a long time. My parents actually had a deal when I was born that my dad would marry my mom and stay with her until I turned 18. It was super noble on his part, but really, he put up with 18 years of shit from my mom for it. Both of them would have been happier if they would have split up earlier. They did shortly after I turned 18, and are both considerably happier. It's good for me too, not having to deal with my mom's BS.

your dad prolly can't get it up any more and your mom was like like fuck this and she started sleeping around and going to swingers clubs and your dad oufnd out when he came home early one day and was like WTF!!

But yeah, my parents have been divorced since I was like 18 months old, it's not really a big deal infact it's better. SO quit your bitchin' and deal with it.

How would you know it to be better if they became divorced at such a young age? Sometimes if one parent totally sucks ass as a parent and isn't too hot as a good parent, then well its probably better off without them. But I feel for you man, breaking a family apart is a real harsh thing. You can't just say ' get over it' because its too big a part of your life.
