used obvioulsy, still works fine. upgraded battery put in about 6 months ago. longer, stronger battery life. powder coated the case black. little marks on it. no scratches on the screem. just the usual dull look.

bump i had a 3rd gen just like that that i put a new battery in and i got 12+ hours out of it with the new battery

only 12? i was gettin around 18+
but its gone now.
traded for a brand new in box 1 gig shuffle, this years.
