OK, I've decided to try Cell-Tech to increase size and strength. I have been lifting for a while, and have a solid diet, however I'd like to gain more muscle mass faster.
The recommended loading stage dosage is 2 servings a day....however this product is really expensive and I would like to extend it's duration....Do you think it will still be effective if I just take one serving a day in the morning on off days, and then one serving after my workout on gym days? Let me know if you think it will still be effective.
