it keeps telling me my loading image didnt load and closes, what can i do?

open it up through "my computer" i.e not using the shortcut
you have to do it every time

or you could just copy the file from 'my computer' to 'my documents' just cause it's faster to play from the documents vs my computer ( for me anyways)
