After my edge dislodged from my ski (05/06 T-hall), i sent them back to armada in hopes of a repair at most. I just recived an email telling me that my skis have been replaced for the 07/08 t-halls! Man, i am soo stoked! They said that because of the excellent care i took with my skis, they felt that i deserved those as a replacement. In short, Tyson has been super helpful with me, so, support armada!
Sorry, back on topic.... Armada has been very good to us. my kid was beating the hell out of his AR3's with wierd problems they encouraged sending them back..
A chunk of my edge on a pair of ar5s I had popped ot the third day riding them a few years back. I was in whistler, and there was a demo, and a rep there told me that I abuse my skis and, in essense, to piss off, while making other excuses. I tried to get them warrantied and I got them back instead.
It's good to hear they are being more accomodating nowadays.
