Hey guys, i just want to ahve a discussion about progression. See, i'm a kid, that i see as not good at skiing, i can only 1, 3, sw1 and sort of 5. I started freeskiing last year and ended up w/ 1's and 3's, and havent really moved on much this season. but what i have done is gone from spinning on 10-20 foot jumps to 50-60 foot jumps with some good pop. Now as i see it, i believe i have progressed a real good amount, being able to cleanly spin on bigger jumps this season. Anyone else think its good to get better on bigger jumps, or spin more? I ahve some friends that think their hot shit cause they can spin a 7 on a 20 footer, while they think twice about straight airing a 50. Discuss
being able to spin bigger jumps deffinetly makes you a better skier than someone who can huck a penciled 7 on a 20 footer. it's not about the spin that you can't do it's the steeze you can put into spins you CAN do
