i play rec ball here. couple local feilds within 45 minutes so there varity. I have a piranha G2 with bottom line and gas-thur for grip, fluch cocking, venturi bolt and a 14' 2002 All American 2 piece barrel with freak front. not a super great gun, nothing like the high ends but it gets the 1 hit kills pretty decent. What is n e one else here running?

tippman model 98 custom (the most durable gun out there) with a 14' cmi true flight barrel. and i shoot PMI premium (medium bore)

my friends got a custom 98, just put the Flatline barrel on it....crazy distance he gets...when we play scenarios or speedball, he is backplater/ sniper casue he can accuaratly outrange n e of us

Ano blue 02 tricked vert feed cocker with compressed air.

Iys tricked for tourny play but i had to retire do to skiing related knee injuries cant dive and slide into bunkers anymore.

yeah we play rec ball in my friends woods, its crazy. i used my friends flatline once and i found a sweet spot to hide really far back on our side, and i picked off three kids in a matter of mins. flatlines rules all!!!

im rehabbing my knee in physical therapy but its not getting that much better so im going back to the specialist in 2 weeks prob then MRI and we will see from there.

Yea bending and especially squating is real hard on my knees.

If anyone wants to buy it the setup is worth like 9 bills new ill sell it for 425!

flatlines are insane, but i love my '02 AA. i can stack ball after ball on a soccer ball size target like 100 ft away. its very accurate

flatline (a real pitch to clean, hafto re-align the barrel cuz its bent) has good accuracy but doesnt compare to boomstick or a freak kit. for rec guns i prefer spyder over tippman. spyder definately can put balls out faster and i only broke 2 balls (which were 32 deg competition) in my time having an xtra. woods players use 98, speedballers use spyder. since my xtra got stolen i just bought an impulse for tournys.

speedball ownz woods, faster action, and not as much of paint waisted. paintball is a sport not fake war.

woodz ball isnt half as much of a waste of paint as speedball, i mean maybe i have played a different version of speedball or whatever, but when i played it was like constant shooting, in woodz ball you move around trying to get an open shot, you take a few shots, if it isnt a good shot you move to a different area

i have a pimp spyder, pretty much top end of the spyder line before they went electronic

havent played in 2 years.

in woodz, i can play forlike 5 hours and not go through 200 balls...i just shoot when i know there is a kill involved. works great!

its all about the rec ball in an large area with medium cover and elevation changes. i would hate to play speedball.

sorry to burst your buble but there is no such thing as a pimp spyder or tipman they are good reliable starting guns but not pimp.

Even in a day of rec ball i shoot 2000 balls if im shooting my cocker and around 3000-4000 if im shooting a intimidator or angel.

um in a tourny game of speedball (3v3) most people only go through 700 balls in the whole day. and the ppl i know who play woods (the only good woods game i ever played) everyone used at least a case of paint. you either have to be in action or waisting paint to have fun in my book. speedball is constant action, more fun.

Tourney ball, speedball, sup air ball. TOdays beach blitz WOOT WOOT. im running on a 2k1 body modified autococker with a benchy trigger frame with a badlands trigger job, and dye stickies, i have a dye boomy, and a dye stainless, palmer rock, orracle 3 way and reg, running on a delrin comstiom bolt, and stock back block. running with a revvy 12 folt with evil impeller, and a nitroduck 68/45 fiber rapped adjustable.

and to finish it off, its all running low pressure, and i get free paint :D

i use less paint in tourney ball than i do in woods ball. i play front, and truthfully, i dont shoot that much. just go for the flag, a pull is usually worth a good 25 points, a hang is worth another 50. its great. back players dump, front players bunker and run.
