getting rid of a kissing habit

ok, i kinda have this habit i developed with the first few gf's i had, who said that lightly nibbling the lip was sexy. The next one, didnt really care either way, but i still did it, and it sorta became a habit. Now i have a gf who just HATES it when i do that, but the wierd thing is, even when i dont want to nibble the lip, i still do! Its like this wierd tick! How can i get rid of this?(cuz now my gf's sorta gettn pissed)
