Try jumping and spinning in regular clothes everywhere you go to get used to the motion. (Keep in mind this is coming from someone who can only do a 180. I would have had 360's but the last 2 weekends I went up we got pow, a rarity for the East Coast. Plus Okemo's park sucked.)
Just work on getting everthing together. This is my first year doing park and having twins, I basically went from spinning with my arms at the start of the year, to spinning with my arms+looking over my shoulder, and i'd land some sketchy small 3's.
Now finally end of the year I can spin with my shoulders, not so much arms, and tucking at the same time. It really helped and just today finally i got it all to come at once for the first time and spinning off anything just got 50times easier.
..tl;dr, practice spinning with head+shoulders+tuck legs, even if comes one at a time
just commit to it and look over your shoulder right off the lip. it's scary at first, but you get used to it. keep trying and eventually it will click, spring is perfect for learning cuz you wont get as banged up and discouraged.
get over your fear and look away from the landing, if you lead the spin with your head you'll spin, but after getting over that, learn to spin properly and ya theres a million threads in the searchbar. Search 360 or 3s or something and a million things will come up
ones should come easy. once you get those down really really really good go for some threes. i was afraid to try them at first but all you gotta do is commit. turn your head, spot your landing and you should land it. don't expect to land clean your first time. what i did was get the full rotation but case on purpose so i could get the feeling for it.
