Every time I get done working out, ESPECIALLY if I benchpress, my shoulder cracks with the slightest movements. I'm not talking regular crack, it feels like a snap kind of, and it fucking kills, is there something wrong with my shoulder or what? I'm thinking about bringing it up at the doctors..
Maybe its from eating 4 chicken breast before you work out. I think that was you at least...
