i know its bad for you ... because of cancer... but are there any other effects... that are bad besides mouth cancer- is it better than smoking? what do u guys think?

its bad of course, but not terrible if you do it proportioned sizes. like i used to have at least 3 pinches a day, then i got precancer and gingivitis. so i stopped for 1 1/2 months and then started again, being careful about the number of times i do it.
gingivitis is one set back other than cancer

Its stupid as hell.  Yea it has lots of health risks but besides all that, why the hell would you want to do it.  If any girl sees you dippin then count yourself out.  And if you leave your bottles of spit all over someones dorm room(like my suitemate does) then your a fuckin dick.  Just smoke hookah.  Its alot more fun/social, it tastes better, gives you a noticeable buzz, and most girls I know dont mind it at all or they smoke it themselves.

Ok retards, those pics are FAKE! I've used snus for like 2 years now, and it haven't done shit to me. And my grandpa has used in for like 30 years now, and nothing has happened to him either. And you don't CHEW snus goddamnit! You bake a "barrel" and put in your upper or under lip (personal preferance). And the thing with 1 tin = 60 cigs is not right! But you do get a much much bigger dose of nicotine, but think positive! No lung cancer etc, allthough mouth cancer risk gets higher when using snus, but there is not one person that has died from snus, but many people die every year from smoking. Plus having snus while shredding is soo nice, it tastes good and you get relaxed, I'd like to see someone pull a 5 with a cig stuffed in his mouth.
Hope all of you read this and stop complaining untill you have tried it, and if you don't like it, then you're a pussy.

people always say its bad cus htey think it looks gross and they've never even tried it, its actualy really fun cus it makes you really really lightheaded to the point where you feel like your drunk. and dont give me that well your gonna erode your lip away cus you have to chew for a long long time to do anything close to that. With something good theres always a bad. Trust me its not that gross. Alot of people have tried dip even girls. Its not like you put it in your mouth and your fucked. I dont get it how its gross, its fucking tabacco. It may look a little gross but once you take it out , its out. If your into skoal theres tons of flavors and stuff. I find it quite nice. You get bored walking somewhere or on the lift , throw a lip in. You'll feel a little dizzy your first time or light headed. Same reason people smoke cigarettes. To feel a buzz and its just something to do with your free time.

Call it gross hate on it. I like it, and with everything. Too much of one thing isnt good.

I can remember flying across the country once, and i was using dip to substitute cigarettes, anyways i kept spitting in a pepsi bottle, near the end of the flight The flight attendant asked for my garbage, I was nice enough to put it in the garbage bag myself but she still cringed when she saw a bottle 1/2 full of spilt and chew.
