Help w/ grabs?

I can 3 safety everytime no problem but I have trouble reaching for other grabs like japans and criticals. Tips?

try focusing on doing 90 to 180 of your spin before really reacing for the grab..i've been trying that with truck drivers, it works better than trying to get the grab and then spin full 360

yea if you dont wait a little bit you pretty much stop in the air its kinda weird throwing for a 5 and doing a 1 for some reason

I usually dont wait-i guess i focus too much on either the grab or the spin...

get so good at the spin that if you were blindfolded you'd still be able to get the proper spin and land perfectly. Then you won't worry about the spin at all and focus solely on the grad. Do mutes first, easy and can lead to so many other things . Lift your knees to your chest and stay centered over your skis in the air. for me the first itme my skis were parallel so I grabbed my left ski with my right hand and just pulled it over. Its really easy and just have fun with it
