ok, first off, you're probably not popping enough, which is an essential part of jumping. before you drop, jsut practice jumping up thinking of sort of thrusting your hips forward...
you need to be explosive off the hip, if you dont pop, you will land backseat.
once you get your pop down, practice the 3's off little rollers first to get the feel of the spin. then take it to the jumps. again, make sure you're popping, and try not to look down, that can also fuck up your spin.... basically, pop off the lip, throw your right arm (if spinning left) across and level, and you'll spin the three
