Whats a 4point landing

my friend for some reason thinks its when you do a double pole plant when you land. I dont think thats right i think is a gorrillaish stance like the guys that play defense do in football

if you dont know what im talking about i saw it in the bonus stuff in war where jp is doin a japan by that house and shiller says "pop set 4point"

4 point landing symbolizes the 4 points hitting the ground simultaneously (two poles and two feet). It came from moguls, and yes it is ridiculously essential in the backcountry

4 point landings are pretty key in most situations... 4 point take off's exist too - candide does three point take off's. a lot of times i take off on my right foot only, but i'm wierd.

i've definitely dropped cliffs & didn't need to pole plant when i landed

poles are not necessary

Yeah, I dont think you need to do 4 points at all off of cliffs... And pole plants on the takeoff are the shit, Candide rocks that and makes it look sick!

i have plenty and dont pole plant when i land, you can land fine by just widening your stance and absorbing the impact
