so 2 days ago me and a couple freinds were dirtpile jumping, and i do a lawndart over a pretty big gap. the problem is when ilanded like i went into a crouch position and i heard a really loud crack from my knees and it hurt like a fucking bitch for a while after and i couldnt really walk uphill wiht it either. so i rested it for a day, went back to jumping yesterday and it still hurts like a fucking bitch, i can barely jump on the trampoline with it...now here is the problem im going to camp next week you guys have any suggestions on how to get it betyeer within a week ?
