"Hip Hop"

Ok I know im probly gonna be ahted on for doing this, but i was wonderin if anyone knew the name of the artist for this song: The intro is really heavy bass, and then someone starts saying "hip-hop, hip-hop" over and over again. The pace of the song is not fast, its sorta slower than normal pace i would say. If anyone knows the song name, and the artist, that would be awesome. thanks
