i dont get it. people say like it helps u to learn your tricks and stuff but like im nasty on the trampoline and i suck soo bad at skiing. on a tramp i can do double bflips, double front flips, all spins up to a 9, all corked spins up to a 9, and a lot more, and oi just learned a 360 a few weeks ago. so what im asking is by saying the trampoline helps is that meaning it helps u to get confidence or what?
The trampoline gives your body the awareness it needs in the air. You'll know how a certain spin feels in the air, when you should tuck, grab etc, so that when you take that trick over to the park, the body will remember what it needs to do to pull that trick off.
