adobe premiere to take the stills off the video and adobe photoshop and be patient in getting it right and make sure you zoom in on the pic to get the detail right

Get Photoshop and play around with it, that's the best way to learn. Everyone will tell you a different way of doing it. I just played around and found a way to do it that I like.

Just remember: keeping the camera still when taking the photos makes your job a whole lot easier.
