Back mutes

I can do backflips easily and cross them up with my knees tucked up so i was wondering how hard it is to add a mute or another grad, would a mute be the easiest grab to do with a back? and does it screw your rotation up because the first one i tried on teh trampoline i landed on my head but i can do them now easily. thanks

just flow off the jump and try to do every thing in one smooth motion. soon you will throw them better then regular backs. yo will have more control with the grab.

i like throwing back safetys is a better way to start..they are much easier and dont screw up your rotation as bad. back mutes arent too hard just make sure to get more rotation than you need because you will slow down when you grab

yea man youll rotate a lil slower, so go bigger, i just found this out the hard way...cause i just leanred backs

ive been trying to trow grabs in wiht my flips but it hasnt turned out to well yet. just go off the jump and set your rotation but tuck it up a little, then, right before you spot youre landing grab your ski and push out your hips for extra style. then when you start to some around suck your knees up to your chest. thats how i was told and it makes sense to me so if it doesnt ill try to explain it a little better, just watch some video of pros and watch how they do it

no it doesnt make your rotation faster! trust me you will land on your head! set wih more rotation than you need because when you grab and tweak it will slow you down alot.

i think they are real easy on a tramp but I couldnt get them even on the water ramps at whistler. I think a japan or a lui kang looks good.
