getting arrested

well the time came, i got arrested, and charged with possession, and now im on prohibation, and i have to go to court and do community service. the thing is when the cops searched the escalade they found bud in my friends purse, and i got blammed for it cuz i was driving, and i ate my weed so i wouldnt get caught,yummy hydro, well u got outta jail after 2 hours in cuffs, watched my moms escalade get towed , but im not in any trouble except i cant go to SKI CAMP this summer, i still get to go to whistler for a month though, aight i thought i wouldnt get caught and shit, it happens

well that sucks. everyone at my school has been getting caught... my brother just got charged for possession, a friend of mine got charged for possession, paraphanelia (sp?), lying to a police officer, evading a police officer, and leaving the scene of a crime. His life is ruined now and he has no future, he just turned 18 and is being put in jail soon, it sucks....

first, move to canada. Or more specifically, to ontario where weed is now essentially legal.

Second, why did you consent to a search of your vehicle? I am assuming that they asked you to search it, and if you did, you should grow a set and tell them no, because if they had probably cause to search your vehicle they wouldnt be asking.

Also, what were you doing that could've gotten you pulled over? Some people need to have common sense when dealing with drugs and shit...no matter what the quantity (especially in the archaic states) because they Gustapo WILL fuck you.

and oh yeah...it's probation, not prohibition.

actually we werent even driving at the time, we were parked, and i wasnt even smoking at the time, i was meeting sum1 there so they could ride with me, ad sum1 from the condos around us called to cops, they smelled weed i guess, and searched us, i got blammed for everything cuz i was driving, but im still goin to whistler, but the upsode was , sitting in the cop car that had a radio that was playin pink floyd

yea cops pull some crazy shit with searching cars and stuff. if you try and stand up and they find some bullshit reason to search your car they FUCK you in the ass. A kid i know when he got pulled over 4 cop cars were there and they ahd a drug sniffing dog come frim Milwaukee Co. so they had him stand there in cuffs letting him watch them search for like an hour then the dog came and they found a lot of shit in his car.
You should get a lawyer or something i dont get how you can have a possession charge just for being in the car?

that blows man how long are u on probation for? i got probation for skating at this spot and getting caught three times the fourth time that day we ran and the 5-0 bumped my car as i was driving away and it sucked balls

the cops in my town are nazis, all the big dealers in my school are getting busted. This past week a kid got pulled over for running a red light, and they somehow got the right to search his car, and they found a blunt. Then the cops wanted to cavity search them. So the cops stuck his hand up everyones butt and found nothing, but missed the 4 ounces in the backseat. Earlier in the year another big dealer got busted because someone called in his license plate for something related to drugs and the cops followed him until he made a wrong move and got him.

my school (BH-BL High School) has the biggest pot usage proportion in the whole damn state. even though i am one of the handfull of kids that dont smoke or drink, its super fun cuz everybody in my town uses, even the cops. so they are all super chill. haha even my parents use and wouldnt mind if i did. thats fucking fantastic.

weed is essentially legal in ontario right now. Yes, you'll still get arrested but if you have anything less than 30grams it will get thrown out of court guaranteed.

if your walking down the street at night and your smoking a little pinner or you got your dugout,its not obvious at all that your smoking dope,the only thing that gives it away is the smell but if your sitting with a buddy or two in a secluded spot,its kind of obvious what your doing,the cops wont be checking in busy parts for people smoking,down here thet always go down back roads and down little trails and down by the river with their spotlights on,then you get busted

junior year, me and my friends would go out during lunch every day and have a cheebasesh. One time this cop had been following us. we were almost to 'the spot' and she put on her sirens and was like 2 feet behind us. I had a tensack and ate it right in front of that damn shebeast cop. she searched me and found the empty wed reeking film canister and some pills i had forgotten were in my pocket. i got off easy because i said they were for my a.d.d. but she confiscated and bagged them up and we rode in the cruiser back to skool, were i was suspended for like a week. not that bad

last weekend we were running from the cops from a party that got busted, we pulled off into a culdasac and turned off the car, turns out the cops werent following us, we were just high
