Ski Porn=Bad

I'll prolly get shit for saying this. But does anyone else feel that ski porn was unoriginal and boring. first off the soundtrack blew, i dont mind a couple of emo songs, but aside from 2 or so the entire movie had similar sonds. second poor boyz movies have had the same format for the [ast 3 years or so. i felt that the movie had nothing new or inovative when it came to the actual movie. not to take anything away from the riders cause the skiing was fuckin insane.

just a really bad movie exept for mahres part is the only one they put together good, it also didnt feel like they filmed with anyone or did anything with the footage they had

i didnt love the sound track, but i didnt hate it either, and the only part i reeeeaaally disliked was juliens part, over edited to the max, but im pretty sure he meant to do that...but anyways i thought it was an overall sick movie

i thought ski porn was sick. i bought LSS and Ski Porn last night and watched them both. i thought the main movie of ski porn was better, but that overall(with extras and stuff) LSS was better and so was some of the skiing. i thought LSS was organized kinda weird and i liked their formas for SHanghai Six a lot better

come to think of it the sound track is actually pretty terrible with the exception of a few parts and besides andy mahres part it wasn't really that great i would watch it if you know someone who has it but i wouldn't buy it

im going to have to agree with you.

pbp has had the same format for there movies since x=10
theres always a gangster segment
theres always happy punk/rock music over the credits
always a seg over the credits
always good skiing
and its never original.
the best seg was julians just because it was a lil different, but anyone who has seen tbc will know its not.

the level of skiing was sick, without a doubt. and they had all of the big new tricks from last year. however i will say there were a fair amount of parts that didnt get me stoked because of soundtrack/editing. but i thought for the most part it was pretty sick. not quite skimatic or lss but still pretty sweet.

ski porn had really, really good content, but overall the movie was just ski porn. the editing was practically elementary, the music was bad. the style was the same as years past. and the inclusion of kristi leskinen was a bad idea; she hasnt progressed, and her bit was icky.

skimatic is a great movie. superior to ski porn

it was supposed to be simple and not super artsy and stuff that's why it was called ski porn... it's just shots of skiing. did that make sense? music wasn't too hot though I'll agree with that

i felt like there was way too many lifestyle shots and not enough tricks. tanner's segment in 1242 had like 26 tricks in it, more than any 3 segments in more recent PBP movies.
