north pole because everyone is inbred, cracked out and high on meth. they snap at the most random times over the silliest things. a few instances would be where the middle shcool kids planned an attack on their school. the crazy old miners think all the land is theirs and post up on "their" road shooting at cars and people and then it turns into a shootout with the police.

south east DC used to be nuts, but its getting better

the projects near my house are kinda ghetto, but not that much goes down cuz there's always a couple of squad cars around...they had to shut down a 7-11 though because so many deals were going down in its parking lot...

and those projects are probably gonna get mowed down pretty soon in favor of some million dollar town house developments..
