This guy I run with at school came second in Nationals for the 800 and won Provincials for the 800, 1500, and 3000.

For the 1500, he came 7 seconds before the next person

Thats insane. I ran XC back in high school, and mostly bike and go on short runs now (shin splints do not help my skiing, and vice versa). My school sucked cause it was small, but I think I could still run a six minute mile.

The reason he is so good at track is because he does crazy XC. he runs like 60 miles a week for training
