most skis, when you centermount them, it throws off basically the whole sidecut and turning radius since the sidecut was not made for centermounted bindings.
Correct me if Im wrong ^
I'm just wondering, would anthems or invaders turn better-easier than, say, a center mounted AR5 since they are Designed to be center mounted?

If indeed it's just the Invader on a larger scale, it'll have not only an elliptical sidecut, but also a totally symmetric sidecut and flex, so that, when center mounted, it will ride and flex exactly the same regular and switch. So yes, it'll ride better center mounted because that's the way it was designed to be ridden.
