idk, but since i live next to Fairfield U we "barrowed" there golf carts last night so we didnt have to walk up a hill to longboard,

It would depend on what kind of govenor you have. The first place I would check is around the carb. Look for linkage to something that isn't connected to the controls. Your throttle will be controlled by some linkage to the carb as well, so dont rip that off. It will likely be on hte engine somewhere.

i got it. on a "club-cart" with is a plastic plate under the driverzs seat with 2 screws. un-screw them and then take off the plate. there will be a "t" shaped metal thing, use a rubber band to hold the "t" metal plate back. that it is. try not to tip it either
