Black band member?

my band is debating and thinking about dropping our guitarist. He is good but not that good, plus he smokes and we hate it when he smokes at practice or whenever we're with him ( we're strait edge). We are currently looking at a black guitarist but don't know if he will fit in even though he is really cool. I need advice.

I'm really not being racist at all, you guys are turning it racist. All I asked if it would be wierd if we had a black guitarist he's friends with all the band members just that he can be crazy at times. I also wanted to make sure you guys would still listen to us even if we had a black member since like %50 of NS are haters and racist. I've seen those lil_G threads you know and many others.
