my friend knows how to do them properly and this is what he told me to do.
set like you would a cork 7 but spin alot slower.look towards the ground and it really helps if you go for a double saftey. tuck your head in and try to be able to see the bed ouf the tramp the whole time. the more you set corked the easyer it will be.
