I think it's for people who are actually size 10xl, as it's probably VERY difficult to find shirts that big, so they're doing a service (kind of) for people who need 10xl's to send in an xl in trade for one that fits (the trade's so they don't go bankrupt probably).

in 8th grade this black kid on our lacrosse team was 6' 6" and had a pink one of those. Swear to god pink 10x. it was taller than half the kids on the team and went down to the kids shins.
