Whoever uses "freeskiing" and "park skiing" interchangeably has some serious, serious learning to do.
My joysticks have held up better than any other pole I've ever owned. Tony is the only person I've ever seen with a broken pair. Buying from him puts money back into sport. Read his Cream interview. I remember buying my poles and thinking, I'd rather give TMC Freeriderz, and by extension Anthony B, my $80 Canadian for a pair of sick poles than Sport Chek $20 for something that'll "work just fine".
its silly to say that materials wise they are better than other poles, because they are the same, but its a good cause to support and all, so if you have the money to buy them, go for it.
im not spending that much on fucking poles, they are cool but not worth it, go to the dump and find like 8 pairs of poles and cut them down to your size, thats the way to go
