anyone ever done it? i was thinking about doing it tommorow but i just wanted some advice or tips.

wear a full face and some knee and elbow protection. i have ridden logan canyon, big cottonwood(minus the s turn and the harsh 90+ just below storm mtn.)and little cottonwood. i crashed on little cottonwood and i was HAULIN! lucky i had protective gear cause i got rocked. hard core road rash on my butt and side. anyway, i don't know how fast millcreek is but if it is fast, just wear gear. you'll feel better and wont have to worry about crashing. other than that, let us know how it goes. i would be interested in knowing how that canyon handles. what time of day or night are you riding? i used to ride in the middle of the night with a car following me so that i wouldn't have to worry about traffic.

^Well shit. Thats loco. I hear mill creek is fun. As well as emigration canyon. Dont skimp out on the protective gear too, cause it would kinda suck to paralyze yourself.

It's the canyon between Big Cottonwood and Parley's. It's mouth is just north of the Dan's in Olympus Cove.
