so im trying to lose like 10 pounds for summer and vacationa dall that goos stuff, anyone know a good diet thats easy tht goes ith working out to lose weight?

go to like ediets.com, but the southbeach diet works pretty well as long as you stick to it.

Haha dumbass, south beach is one of the most dangerous legit diets out there. You dont need to cut anything out of your diet, just eat less simple carbs(white bread, sugar), less fat (chocolate and cake) less calories in generall, and not too much red meat.

Plus excercise, that really should come before dieting.

fuck dieting, thats for dumb girls. uhh...dont be a dumb girl. maybe you cant help it, but just exercise a lot, runiing or rowing or swimming, and eat healthy food (e.g. salad, unseasoned white meat, rice, potatoes) cut out and candy or snacks bigger than a fistful of nuts and hey presto....just eat like a normal person

smart person i mean. Normals are fucked

i'm not trying to be a huge bitch.. but didnt you say in another thread that you're in middle school? unless you're morbidly obese you don't need to fucking diet. sure go ahead, try every new fad diet so you can look good for some little pricks that will date you for a week then dump your ass.

if you're really that self concious, wear board shorts or something i guess..

i have to agree.

haha diets, my metabolism is through the roof, i could eat forever and not gain a pound. sure it's not gonna last, but whatever, i'm livin it up now.

i just lost 10 lbs from having the flu....

but if u drink soda....stop...it is the easiest way to lose a few lbs...and just eat healthy, dont eat after 7, and work out. or there is a new diet called the cookie diet....heard it on the radio...sounded interestin!

i jut looked at your pics going threw your profile, you look plenty healthy (meaning i dont think you need to loose any weight at all) and playing lacrosse or feild hockey or whichever it was that you do, shuold be enough of a workout for someone your age.

Don't be a lazy dumb girl and think that not eating or just eating salad everyday will make you loose weight... well i might but it's stupid and very unhealthy. Just eat as a normal person would. But RUN EVERY DAY. And if you're really wanting to loose weight, run twice a day. Just do cardio stuff a ton. And if you do go running, don't do some lame ass 10 minute jog. You have to do AT LEAST 30 MINS of cardio for it to be any good. So if you run everyday you'll get skinny its THAT DAMN SIMPLE. And no chicks ever do it. I just don't get it.....

best way to loose weight and be healthy is to do cardio for 30-60 mins 5 days a week and replace fatty foods with vegetables. sorry hun, i bet you wanted to hear that you could eat chocolate and loose weight but it just doesn't work.

You don't need one of those dumb fad diets...if you wanted to lose weight just eat healthy and exercise a lot. It's all calories in/calories burned, and if you burn more than you take it you'll lose weight.

a lot of girls dont do it because to some, running twice a day for thirty minutes or even once a day is too hard. they would much rather just eat salads all the time and skip meals.

My friend stopped eating breakfast and lunch and he lost 20 pounds in like 3 weeks. Anorexia isn't for everyone though haha.

I pretty much lost 20 pounds since last summer by swimming intensily. Thing is I didnt want to lose weight at all, I was at a good 170 at the end of last summer(Im 6 feet) and was quite proud of finaly haven gotten bigger. Now Im back to a stick at a bit more than 150...

If you run 6 miles a day, you can eat whatever you want and you will not gain any weight. You will lose some, and besides that, be in really good shape and have toned legs and a nice ass. But you have to do it 6 days a week. No slacking off. But it works
