Its not too tuff. Tramps help a lot. Lets see basically I jump up, lunge forward and to my left and spin or when Im getting psyched out on spinning I just do the same first 2 steps and open up my right shoulder so my body is flat with the ramp looking straight up (yeah that last explanation was shitty but it may help). To uncork just think landing on your feet. When I am at about 360 I just think about landing like you would a straight air. Something else to try, its stupid but works. Okay go up to your bed, turn 90 degrees, bend over like your puking, then do a half cartwheel on to your bed, come off the other side completing the cartwheel, straighten out and do another 90. Dont know if thats a proper cork but you will get the motion down. Spend a lot of time on the tramp. Start spinning on your side and try to come back out of it, it will come eventually. For me the cork came to me at whistler when some kid was trying to teach me misties on the tramp, I learned that I could either spin on my side and just cork it or really throw my shoulder down and make it more inverted for a misty. Oh yeah be pretty good with 540s, and make sure you try and cork out spins 540 or more, its hard to cork 360s. Its super hard for me to explain, maybe some of that helped maybe it confused the fuck out of you but Im trying to think of how to explain this sitting at my comp.
