Problems with the line invaders
i was lookin into gettin the new line ivaders they look so sik supposedly they fall apart easy?
umm maybe you should use the search and look for yourself
yeah. and to answer your question yes, they tend to delam easyily, but you get it warrientied, so its all good.
get next years because they fixed the delam. if u want a ski that will stop landing better get the anthem witch has a waist width of 90mm instead of 83
thought it was 93 and the chronic blends were 90.
ive never had a problem with mine NOT one! some topsheet damage from hitting my skis with edges but thats it. ive skied em for 7 days at COC and another 30-40 days. Hard park riding (i live in the east)
not a problem,
i love em!
yea ive been on mine about 25 days and yesturday they broke, front endge blew out and htta was after some delam and it ripped the base in peices. fucking junky skis
Yea they fall apart from what ive heard
anthem is the wider invader from what you said maybe you thought the anthem was a wider chronic, dont' know what you were getting at though
Yeah, my invaders just broke
the front edge
it ripped from tip to under my boot.
yeah front edge blows out (on the tip)!!!
send em back dude, don't hate
you clearly got a canadian pair. Next years are all like that cuz they fixed the tip profile issue.
that is correct. the Anthem is a 93mm waist ski with the same flex points and symmetry as the Invader. The Chronic blend is a carbon fiber version of the new Prophet 90 and both are sick. I like the Prophet 90 better though because I'm a huge fan of metal in skis but the lighter guys I skied them with killed it on the Blend.
they're fun while they last, that's the brusque answer to it.
i'd wait for next year, get the anthems, they're a lot cooler with the graphics.
anyway, just wait for 2007.
i skied 102 days on mine and they delamed and the front edge came out but they hadve been down a race course numerous times (slalom and gs), powder to my chest (im 6 ft. tall), bigmountain, backcountry booters, park, groomers, moguls, ice slush,
everything even some 35ft cliff hucks. they skied great on all of it. if your a powerful skier and a good skier you can ski anything on any ski. plus next year K2 bought line so the skis will all be made in the most advanced ski factory in the world
if you think invaders skiied great in chest deep powder and on backcountry booters then your uneducated on what a "great" ski feels like
Since when did K2 buy out Line?
dude they might have skiied decent but compared to other pow skis they obv arent shit, i wonder if uve ever skiied a pow ski, its so much more insane, and how much do u weigh cuz if ur anything over 110 pounds i dont understand how u floated in chest high pow
All times are Eastern (-5)
