Off day/ mental actvities
I got 360s down after spinning around on my shoes all week. Now i would like start grabbing them and to start putting more style in them. i want to know if there's a way i could practice them on the days i can't go skiing, like maybe kind of grabbing my shoes? my other question is, that i know if you see your self mentally doing the trick then your muscles respond to it in some way. Do you have any tips on how i can do that?

yeah basically...off the jumps practice bringing your knees up...basically bring your feet up to your hands to learn how to grab..thats what i did
diving boards are good, tramps are better.
anyone else notice when one person posts a question it seems like 3 of the same questions come up at the same time
